while the web was still in its infancy. Charlie’s professional background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and many
years of systems and software engineering experience within the nuclear energy and national defense industries.
Based in the northwestern suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, the primary objective of Custom Web Design, Inc. has always been to provide a sole source for local small to
medium size businesses seeking web-based solutions. Through the years, as the web technologies have evolved, the company
has managed to stay at the forefront of that evolution with continuing education and by by forging associations with a diverse set of local firms
